RIVERSIDE, Iowa – Freshman Emil Riegger continued to excel in his collegiate debut as the Drake men's golf moved up a spot in the final standings at the ANF Fall Classic hosted by Iowa at Blue Top Ridge Golf Course (Par 72) on Wednesday, Sept. 6.
The Bulldogs finished sixth as a team (284-299-296—873, +15). Iowa State (278-282-300--860) held on to win the tournament. As a team, Drake recorded 13 birdies and five eagles.
"We can take away many positives from our first tournament," head coach Matt Lewis said.
