SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The final round of the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate was shortened due to inclement weather, giving the Drake University men's golf team a share of the team title after play was halted Tuesday.
The scores reverted back to Monday's final scores with the Bulldogs tying with SIUE with team scores of 565. The Bulldogs recorded rounds of 285-280 to sit at 3-under par on the par-71 track.
"I am extremely proud of the way we played this week," said Drake head coach Matt Lewis. "The guys have worked very hard this offseason and it showed the past couple of days.
