MANHATTAN, Kan. – After multiple weather delays throughout the duration of the tournament, the Drake men's golf team concluded competition at the Wildcat Invitational late Tuesday afternoon.
The Bulldogs finished in sixth out of the 14-team field with a 54-hole total score of 889 after posting rounds of 299, 291, and 299. Host team Kansas State took home the team title at 865 besting runner-up South Dakota State by five shots.
Jake Weissenburger led the way for Drake individually and earned a top-20 result tying for 20th with a total score of 221.
