DES MOINES, Iowa – Drake men's golf head coach Matt Lewis has welcomed two impressive signees from the Chicagoland area to the team in Emil Riegger and Dylan Drogemuller.
Riegger is a Hinsdale, Ill., native where he has been a standout for Hinsdale Central. He shot a two-round score of 147 to place third at the IHSA Class 3A Tournament this past fall. Riegger averaged 70.3 per 18-hole round en route to All-State honors his senior year. He led Hinsdale Central to a runner-up team finish in the IHSA Class 3A Tournament as the Red Devils won sectional, regional and conference titles in 2022.
