The Drake University men's basketball team plays its next-to-last home game of the season on Wednesday night when it hosts Evansville at 8 p.m. in the Knapp Center.
Wednesday's game will feature two of the top three scorers in the Missouri Valley Conference in Evansville's D.J. Balentine and Drake's Reed Timmer. Balentine is second in the league in scoring at 20.3 points per game while Timmer is third at 17.3 points per game.
In the first meeting this season, Balentine scored 21 points while Timmer had 19. Drake's Billy Wampler scored a career-high 14 points in the 84-65 loss in Evansville.
