MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Drake University men's basketball team improved to 6-1 with a convincing 75-61 road win at Milwaukee, Thursday evening.
Drake rallied from a slow start to lead by as many as 24 points in the second half to cruise to the team's third-biggest margin of victory in a road win since 2010. Eight players saw 20 or more minutes of action with (Stoughton, Wis.) leading the way with 15 points in his home state after recovering from early foul trouble.
Fellow Wisconsinite Brady Ellingson (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) had one of his best games as a Bulldog with 11 points, five assists, four rebounds and three steals.
