AUGUSTA, Ga. - Senior punter Ross Kennedy of the Drake University football team was selected to the inaugural FCS Punter of the Year Award Watch List presented by The Augusta Sports Council.
Kennedy joins Morehead State's Andrew Foster and San Diego's Tanner Kuljian from the Pioneer Football League on the 28-player list released last week.
Kennedy was an All-PFL honorable mention selection last season. He recorded 52 punts for an average of 37.3 yards, including a season-long 57-yarder against Montana. Kennedy placed 17 punts inside the 20 yard line and didn't kick a touchback all year.
