ST. LOUIS – Senior Becca Hittner (Urbandale, Iowa) of the Drake University women's basketball team is the Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week, the MVC office announced Monday, Feb. 10 afternoon. It is Hittner's seventh career MVC Player of the Week award.
Hittner posted impressive numbers this past weekend helping Drake split a pair of home games. She averaged 27.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.0 block per game while shooting a blistering 58.3 percent (14-of-24) from the floor, 69.2 percent (9-of-13) from beyond the arc and made 17-of-18 (94.
