Fogg Shatters School Record; Finishes 4th In The Mile At NCAA Indoor Championship

Drake University junior Adam Fogg shattered his school record in finishing fourth in the mile at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championship Saturday afternoon in Fayetteville, Ark.

Fogg finished in a blazing 3:57.32 and was just edged out of third place in the race's final strides. His fourth-place finish earns him first-team All-America honors and is the highest finish by a Bulldog at the NCAA Indoor Championship since Kevin Little finished fourth in the 200 meters in 1990.

Fogg ran with the leaders for much of the race until Oregon's Cole Hocker and Alabama's Eliud Kipsang began to distance themselves from the field.
