DES MOINES, Iowa -- The Drake softball team got back into the win column with consistent offensive production in a convincing 9-3 victory against Bradley at Ron Buel Field on Sunday, April 21.
Bradley (23-23, 12-9 in Missouri Valley Conference play) scored first in every game of the series with two runs in the top of the first inning on Sunday afternoon. Batting second in the lineup, pulled the ball over the left field wall for her third home run of the season, a solo shot to cut the early deficit in half, 2-1, after one inning of play.
