CARBONDALE, Ill. – The Drake University track and field team wrapped up competition at the 2025 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Sunday. The Bulldogs celebrated a quartet of first place finishes on the championship's final day.
Adam Phillips was the first of the title winners, taking top honors in the men's hammer throw at 64.13m/210-5. He led a field that included Sam Carpenter in third (59.69m/195-10) and Ethan Elliott in eighth (55.00m/180-6). Elliott also earned a championship of his own with a shot put throw of 18.
