DES MOINES, Iowa - It was a career-setting night for three Bulldogs who lead the Drake University volleyball team (15-6, 4-3 MVC) to its 15th victory of the season over visiting Indiana State (8-12, 1-7 MVC) Monday evening at the Knapp Center.
Cathryn Cheek (Coppell, Texas) recorded her third straight double-double, racking up a career-high 23 kills and 14 digs on the night. Callan Holmes (Lorena, Texas) also recorded a double-double with a career-high 16 kills and 12 digs. Paige Aspinwall (Dayton, Minn.) impressed again in Drake's 5-1 rotation, gathering a career-high 53 assists in the four sets.
