ST. LOUIS – Junior goalkeeper Jared Brown (Aurora, Ontario) and sophomore forward Leroy Enzugusi (Marion, Iowa) of the Drake University men's soccer team are the Missouri Valley Conference Men's Soccer Defensive and Offensive Player of the Week, respectively, the MVC office announced Tuesday, Oct. 2.
Brown posted two shutouts last week for Drake in its two wins over Western Illinois and Central Arkansas. He finished with five saves against Central Arkansas and two versus Western Illinois. Brown, who transferred from Florida Gulf Coast, has three clean sheets in his first year with the Bulldogs.
