PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley edged the Drake University men's soccer team, 1-0, in Missouri Valley Conference action on Saturday evening at Shea Stadium.
Bradley (7-3-1, 2-0-1 MVC) scored the winner in the 19 minute (19:16) as Drake (3-8-0, 0-3-0 MVC) had 19 shots, including six on goal, but couldn't crack the scoreboard. Roman Schindler had the Braves' goal as he played a rebound from six yards out that Bulldogs' goalkeeper Caden McCullough (Evansville, Ind.) couldn't stop.
"Frustrated and really difficult result to accept tonight," said head coach . "We dominated the match and created 19 chances which is enough to win any game we have played this year.
