Sarah Bond has joined the Drake University volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach, head coach Darrin McBroom announced.
Bond joins the Bulldogs after serving as an assistant coach at her alma mater, the University of Illinois Springfield the last three seasons.
"I'm very thankful and excited for the opportunity to join the Bulldog family and work alongside such an amazing staff and group of talented athletes while keeping the momentum going from this past spring," Bond said. "As a native of Naperville, Ill., I am very familiar with many of the teams in the Missouri Valley Conference so I cannot wait to jump in and use my experience as a student-athlete and coach to make a positive impact on this program.
