TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – repeated as Missouri Valley Conference men's cross country individual champion and was the runner-up in their respective races at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships hosted at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course in Terre Haute, Ind., on Friday (Oct. 28).
Drake men's cross country finished just four points away from the team title to claim the runner-up trophy while the Drake women's cross country team finished third for its best MVC Championships finish since 2000.
"It was a very good day for the Bulldogs," head coach said. "Everyone who raced for us today has eligibility to back next year.
