Box Score Drake University junior Kale Abrahamson (West Des Moines, Iowa) has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the second time this season, the league announced. The honor is also the fifth-straight for the Drake University men's basketball team and Drake student-athletes have now earned the honor 13 times in the 19 weeks it has been awarded.
Abrahamson led Drake with 30 points in the win over Abilene Christian, the second-most points by a Bulldog this season behind his 41 points and the third most in the Valley this season.
