It's still unclear if we’ll get an MLB season in 2020, but it seems certain that if there is one, it’ll feature both the American and National leagues using the designated hitter for the first time in all games.

The Detroit Tigers, of course, have had a DH since the AL adopted the rule in 1973. In 47 seasons since, 285 Tigers have had a plate appearance at DH, ranging from Victor Martinez's 3,508 to 35 players with one plate appearance each.
