Tribe's offense awakens behind Carrasco's gem

CLEVELAND -- The Indians' offense woke from its recent hibernation and Carlos Carrasco continued the rotation's recent run of dominance, twirling a complete game to lead the Tribe to a 5-1 victory over the Tigers on Wednesday night at Progressive Field.

After scoring just 10 runs in the previous five games at home, Cleveland used a four-run fourth inning to give Carrasco all the support he would require. The damage came against lefty Daniel Norris, who was pressed into duty early after a first-inning scare on a line drive back to the mound forced starter Jordan Zimmermann out of the contest.
