Shane Greene said he’s ready and that the next move is up to the Detroit Tigers.
Greene said his bullpen session today went well.
“To be honest with you, I don’t know how many throws,” Greene said. “My last one was 50. This one, probably a little bit more than that. Felt really good. Everything was coming out really good. I’m ready.
“It’s above my paygrade. They tell me what to do from now on.”
Manager Brad Ausmus said Monday that if Greene felt good after today's bullpen session, he might be sent out on a rehab assignment.
