Fulmer takes loss after allowing just a run on 2 hits, 4 walks; Tigers collect just 3 hits.

SAN DIEGO – The Detroit Tigers extended their losing streak to a season-high seven games.

Right-handed pitcher Michael Fulmer was the best he’s been in a month, but the Tigers gave him no run support for the third time in his last six starts.

The Tigers’ bats were stymied Friday night by right-hander Luis Perdomo, who began the season with six straight no-decisions. Perdomo’s first win came in his 11th start.
