DETROIT -- Left-hander Chad Bell will try to help the Detroit Tigers avoid a four-game sweep at the hands of the Cleveland Indians when he makes his first Major League start on Sunday afternoon.
James McCann will serve as Bell's catcher, with John Hicks playing first base. JaCoby Jones will play center field, shifting Mikie Mahtook to left.
For the Indians, Greg Allen will make his first Major League start. He got his first big-league hit Saturday night.
