Earlier this week, I was surprised to learn that the Detroit Tigers do not have a specific Hall of Fame on site at Comerica Park. As Ashley noted earlier Thursday when suggesting the Tigers correct this oversight, other clubs, like the Royals and Reds, have their own Hall of Fames on site at their respective ballparks. I have also been to St. Louis and Boston, a pair of ballparks overflowing with team history. And while Comerica Park does a wonderful job of honoring the past greats that wore the Olde English D, more can (and should) be done.
