Tarik Skubal dominated in a Flying Tigers loss

Beau Burrows return to the Mud Hens went well, and the Hens overcame a Zac Reininger meltdown to win on Thursday. Things started off great. Burrows only punched out two Bats, but he spun five innings of scoreless ball. At the same time, the Hens were building a 3-0 lead on solo shots from Daz Cameron, Dustin Peterson, and Dawel Lugo. Reininger came on in the sixth, and allowed three runs on a pair of homers while striking out three in the frame. The score stayed knotted until the top of the ninth when Dawel Lugo led off with a single up the middle and eventually scored the game winner on a Daniel Pinero RBI double.
