Mike Gerber and strong relief work lead the Mud Hens to victory

Mike Gerber led the way with his first big day in a long while as the Hens closed the gap on the West division leading Indians on Tuesday night. Matt Hall was alright in the start, but lasted just four innings after allowing a pair of runs. Tyler Alexander came on for 2 23 innings, and the Zac-pack—I won’t do that again, I promise—Reininger and Houston shut the door in the late innings. Gerber cracked a pair of doubles, including one of the RBI variety in the fourth to plate Jason Krizan.
