Mike Fiers breezes through debut, while Alex Wilson endures bumpy inning

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Mike Fiers didn't pitch until the Detroit Tigers' sixth Grapefruit League game because pitching coach Chris Bosio wasn't sure he was ready.

When he walked the Philadelphia Phillies' lead-off man on four pitches in the first inning Tuesday, Bosio looked prescient.
