The Tigers went 1-2-3 in the top of the seventh. Jarrod Saltalamacchia flew out to left field, while Mike Aviles and Andrew Romine both struck out swinging. Catcher Chris Gimenez threw to first baseman Mike Napoli to complete the strikeout of Romine. Going to the bottom of the seventh, the Tigers are down 5-3.
