Justyn-Henry Malloy still hot as Toledo takes third straight in Columbus

The Mud Hens made it three in a row over the Clippers on Thursday afternoon. Starter Ashton Goudeau put together a strong start and the power from the Hens offense was plentiful.

The Hens started building a lead in the top of the second. Donny Sands walked with one out and Jonathan Davis followed with an RBI triple. Davis scored on an Andrew Knapp ground out, and the Hens were up 2-0. A two-out, two-run line drive single from Ryan Kreidler doubled the lead in the third, scoring Zack Short and Justyn-Henry Malloy after they’d each walked earlier in the inning.
