Josh Randall’s strong start carries Lakeland while Max Anderson and Eduardo Valencia homer in SeaWolves’ victory

Nick Margevicius threw a good game but the Clippers were able to stretch out a pair of runs against the Hens bullpen to take a four to one lead in the series.

The Hens started out looking like they were going to do damage. With one out, Justyn-Henry Malloy walked and then stole second. Jace Jung doubled him in and Andy Ibáñez singled off the pitcher’s glove. Unfortunately he was then thrown out at second and Brewer Hicklen lined out to end the inning.

Meanwhile Margevicius was cruising. He tossed five scoreless innings though he had to pitch through plenty of traffic.
