The Detroit Tigers are making a managerial change at Triple-A Toledo for next season.
Doug Mientkiewicz is out after two seasons, where he went 139-140 as Mud Hens manager and led the team to their first International League playoff berth in 11 years in 2018. Mientkiewicz, 45, had one year remaining on his contract.
