In a move that was expected to happen after the comments by General Manager Al Avila on Friday, the Detroit Tigers have promoted Spencer Torkelson (number 2 on MCB top 20) and Dillon Dingler (number 8 on the MCB top 20) to Erie. In the corresponding move, Detroit has promoted catcher Cooper Johnson to West Michigan.
