The starting rotation for the Detroit Tigers has been pretty solid for a large part of the young season so far with guys like Matt Boyd and Daniel Norris delivering impressive performances on the mound despite the absences of Michael Fulmer and Matt Moore. The biggest breakout star for Detroit on the mound, however, has to be righty Spencer Turnbull.
The Detroit Tigers selected Turnbull in the second round of the 2014 MLB Draft and he worked his way through the team’s farm system before making his major league debut last September.
