Detroit Tigers scratch Jeimer Candelario from lineup; Buck Farmer sent to Triple-A

The Detroit Tigers are without third baseman Jeimer Candelario for Tuesday's three-game series opener against the Kansas City Royals at Comerica Park. He is experiencing side effects from his second COVID-19 vaccine shot.
