Detroit Tigers' Ron Gardenhire nervous after finding out about Reds' COVID-19 situation

Detroit Tigers manager Ron Gardenhire admitted Sunday he became nervous when he got a close look at how the coronavirus will affect teams, after the Cincinnati Reds had to deal with at least one player testing positive for COVID-19.

Reds infielder Matt Davidson had a positive COVID-19 test Saturday. On Sunday, infielder Mike Moustakas was placed on the injured list and outfielder Nick Senzel was scratched from the lineup before the Tigers clinched the series with a 3-2 win.

Red manager David Bell said Moustakas woke up feeling sick Sunday and did not report to Great American Ball Park.
