The Detroit Tigers this week lost a pair of relievers in Anthony Castro in waivers to the Toronto Blue Jays and in today’s Rule 5 draft, Will Vest however, they picked up reliever Yunior Perez from the Cubs in the first round of the minor-league portion of the Rule 5 draft.
