LAKELAND, Fla. — Miguel Cabrera has turned into an aging unicorn.
He is still special for what he has accomplished, but time and injuries have sapped some of his magic.
But not all of it. He hit his first home run of spring training on Tuesday.
He’s still Miguel Freakin’ Cabrera – a future Hall of Famer – and that has set up an interesting situation in the Tigers clubhouse, as the organization focuses on prospects and young players.
