Nobody can predict Riley Greene’s future with the Detroit Tigers. But he’s off to a good start, receiving high praise from “Mr. Tiger” himself, Al Kaline.
Before Tuesday’s game at Comerica Park, a 9-6 win over the Rays, Kaline said he was excited the Tigers selected Greene — an outfielder from Oviedo (Fla.) Hagerty High School — with the fifth overall pick in this week’s draft.
