Detroit Tigers' Miguel Cabrera leaves game with left biceps injury

Miguel Cabrera left Tuesday's game after apparently re-injuring his left biceps while swinging at a pitch in the third inning from Twins pitcher Jake Odorizzi.

Cabrera finished the swing and immediately dropped his bat in pain.

Cabrera motioned for the athletic trainer, but quickly walked to the dugout and down the steps to the clubhouse. Niko Goodrum struck out after replacing Cabrera and remained at first base in the fourth inning.
