Detroit Tigers in limbo, with some staying in camp, but 'a lot of guys are leaving'

For the third time since Thursday morning, Matthew Boyd tried to provide answers, when there weren’t any readily available.

Boyd, the Detroit Tigers’ player representative for the Major League Baseball Players Association, spoke to reporters about the current state of affairs in Lakeland, Florida, where the Tigers are staying, but for how long, as the coronavirus outbreak continues?

“There’s a level of uncertainty just because nobody knows what’s going to happen,” Boyd said in a conference call Monday.
