The crew here at Winging it in Motown is once again raising money for a charity during the hockey season. Last year, we raised $3,359 for the Concussion Legacy Foundation.
This season, the charity we are raising money for is the Jamie Daniels Foundation. The foundation “provides education, resources, guidance, and support to people battling drug addiction so that lives can be saved and healing can be created within families.” Red Wings fans are likely familiar with the organization, but if not, here is an excerpt from Jamie’s Story:
