DETROIT - As they head into the final week of Joe Louis Arena, the Detroit Red Wings are savoring the memories.
"A little bit more and more every single day," goaltender Jimmy Howard said. "I guess it's finally here."
Not yet, but it's getting closer. Following Saturday's game against Toronto, the Red Wings have three games remaining at the Joe, including next Sunday's season finale vs. New Jersey.
"Just one of the very last times that we're going to be able to do the walk from my vehicle down here to the dressing room," Howard said.
