DETROIT - After missing nearly six weeks with an ankle injury, the transition back into the lineup has been difficult for Detroit Red Wings defenseman Danny DeKeyser.
The Red Wings are 1-5-4 in their past 10 heading into Wednesday's game against the Boston Bruins at Little Caesars Arena (8 p.m., NBC Sports Network). Few are playing to their capabilities.
DeKeyser, in 10 games since returning, has no points and a minus-11 rating.
"I think it's been taking me a little bit to get going to where I want to be," DeKeyser said. "I felt good (in Monday's 2-1 overtime loss to Florida), I thought my legs were better, I was moving a bit better on the ice, felt stronger.
