As the Detroit Red Wings seek to spark a run to the playoffs, Petr Mrazek may be the ember to spark them.
Mrazek put in another good performance Wednesday at Little Caesars Arena, making 30 saves through overtime to help the Wings to a 2-1 shootout victory over the San Jose Sharks. Mrazek has won three of his last four starts, two of which have been shutouts, at last appearing to emerged from nearly two years of turbulence.
