I won’t lie, when the Detroit Red Wings dropped nine of their first 10 games to start the season, I was set to pre-order my Jack Hughes jersey. But, despite falling 2-1 on Thursday night to the Ottawa Senators, the Wings have been hot, winning seven of their last 10 games to regain some semblance of dignity on the ice.
Amazingly the team has managed to find ways to put the puck in the net (averaging 3.
