So with Tuesday's 2019 NHL draft lottery upon us, I decided to do my own analysis, simulating the results 100 times.
Thanks to the beckoning of Tankathon.com, it didn't take long.
The lottery decides the first 15 picks of the NHL draft. This year's top prize is 17-year-old Jack Hughes, younger brother of Vancouver's Quinn Hughes (Michigan). Jack Hughes, who plays for the Plymouth-based USA Hockey National Team Development Program in suburban Detroit, is regarded as a 'generational' talent.
