The Florida Panthers will look rebound from a tough loss and get back in the win column when they kick off a pivotal back-to-back set against the Detroit Red Wings at Little Caesars Arena on Saturday afternoon.
After stringing together consecutive wins against Buffalo and Toronto, the Panthers (13-14-6) stumbled in their rematch with the Maple Leafs on Thursday night, losing 6-1 while allowing a season-high three power play goals. Overall, Florida now sits at 6-9-2 on the road this season.
"We talked about some of those mistakes, but it's a positive day," Panthers coach Bob Boughner said after Friday's practice in Detroit.
