The Free Press was among a select group of media members who got a tour of the new Little Caesars Arena on Thursday, three months before it is supposed to be turnkey ready. It will be the new home of the Red Wings, and Pistons, and will host concerts and more.
The important things first: For fans who have suffered the congestion and inconvenience of Joe Louis Arena, the new arena has a main and upper concourse, plenty of bathrooms, and five restaurants along with numerous food stations.
