VANCOUVER, British Columbia — A familiar story unfolded, a familiar feeling followed.
The frustration could be heard and seen Sunday afternoon as the Detroit Red Wings explained why they lost another close game, this time falling, 3-2, to the Vancouver Canucks at Rogers Arena, despite putting on a good performance for most of the game. It was the same as two days earlier in Calgary, it’s been the same story for most of the 25 regulation losses that mark the Wings at the 50-game mark.
