Russo's offense exploded during his senior season at Notre Dame, potting 41 points (15 goals and 26 assists) in 40 games for the Fighting Irish. Those totals were good for second on the team in goals behind Minnesota Wild prospect Mario Lucia and in points behind Chicago Blackhawks prospect Vince Hinostroza.
