BOSTON -- Next up for the Detroit Red Wings: the last stop on their 10-day road trip.
The Wings take on the Boston Bruins tonight at TD Garden (8, NBCSN), coming off of two straight losses that have left them 1-2-1 on the trip. With Petr Mrazek having made eight straight starts, the Wings are expected to go with goalie Jared Coreau in what would be his first NHL game since Feb. 12 at Minnesota.
Because the Wings played Tuesday night at Toronto and then flew to Boston, there was no morning skate today. The only option for making a lineup change among the skaters is up front, where Mitch Callahan is a reserve.
